I have had eating issues since I was a pre-teen. when I was a teenager I first battled compulsive overeating, that turned into bulimia, when then turned into anorexia. when I was 18 I got pregnant, and wanted to eat healthy for the baby. I ended up gaining a lot of weight. well after my daughter was born I lost weight. But ended up gaining them back over the next 4 years, and then some. I am at the point where I need to lose weight. I am in the habit of not eating until dinnertime, and then munching all evening. How can I get out of that habit? Every time I start a diet, I go way overboard, and end up barely eating anything, then binging.....I am so impatient too. I want the weight to be gone now....not in a year..... i know anything and everything about dieting, weight loss, etc....but I can never stick with it.....How do you stick with your diet, and exercising??? I swear I have no willpower...plus Im on seroquel, so that doesn't help with my appetite at all...

Hey so after radi g this I completely relate. I've never had an eating disorder but I'm 16 and sometimes indent eat all day but only for dinner. Then et a whole bunch. It's an AWful habit. The thing that best helps me is don't think of it as a diet. Consider what your putting into you body and how it makes youfeel. If you under eat like I do then you will feel weak and sick eventually. If you overeat that can hurt you too. Eat 3 meals a day or 6 small meals. Whatever you prefer.. But consider how you are taking care of yourself. It seems like you have a heart issue as well. Learn to be content. I'm in the middle of this process and iknow it's hard. But message me anytime!
