I am struggling to hold back,
I don't want to go back to that. I would only be slowly killing myself. I've got to continue to get better. I will rollerblade more, it burns a lot of calories and it's fun; along with climbing. I can eat this orange cranberry tea cake(2 servings: 170 cals ea) and dip it in spreadable all natural strawberry fruit spread (low cal), along with having a full bag (2 servings) of 'Just Strawberries and Bananas' (220 cals), Damn, I can't always just heat low cal healthy food, I can eat sweets occasionally. I'm becoming more athletic by the day. ![]() |
