Things were so easy before everything was made bought and prepared for me. My daughter and her kidos moved out. Now it's up to me to get my food i'm all alone acept for my middle son which he don't care what I do. So all day I restrict I get envolved playing wii and forget to eat. Hubby comes home back to saying hunny I already ate. been that way now for about three weeks. forget all my rehab tools

You forgot your rehab tools? DOes this mean you were inpatient or went through a program? I think people restrict because they have something else going on that they don't want to deal with. Do you think you might be feeling a void with your daughter gone? It seems like you don’t have accountability in terms of having to cook for anyone. Does your husband know about your ed?

been to ED rehab 5 times impatient. I do have a lot going on I must say.

Hang in there Maybe setting an alarm for when to start cooking or when to eat would be a good idea, so that it goes off and gets you away from the Wii. Just a suggestion
