That's the theme of NEDA this year and it's unfortunately true.
I've been struggling with my ED for longer than I wanted, I wish I could just will it away. As much progress as I have made, there is still so much more to make. As solid as I have been, I still find myself acting on behaviors secretly. I can't tell my family what's going on, and I haven't told many friends. But I want to spread awareness somehow, so I'm passing the message here and hoping that people will do the same.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
