I can't stop bingeing, I've been at it since Sunday and today it's worse. I banged my head against the wall earlier because the thoughts of eating won't stop!! Then I took the dog out to go potty and the thoughts were screaming in my head and I put my hands over my ears and screamed stop!! I bet the neighbors thought I was nutz. JB

Hi JB,

Do you have a a pdoc or a t that whom you can call? It sounds like you need some help with this. I hope you feel better soon. Please don't pound your head. You can really hurt yourself more than you realize.

My best to you,

Jan

You did the right thing by getting out of the house. But don't bang your head. Try to keep occupied when at home, and don't buy in fattening foods. Stay out of the kitchen. If you absolutely must have a snack, just have veg or fruit - nothing with sugar or fat But try not to snack. at all . Chew sugar-free gum - as much as you like - that helps enormously.

Keep your chin up, you can do it.

JB

Sorry, my post crossed with yours, and I had no idea of your other problems when I posted. Is there no help you can seek? Why are you going to lose so much? Is it irrevocable?

I lost my job, I've been trying to get another but get rejected when they see my scars, most I can hide but not all. My family has disowned me because of my mental issues.
I caught my Best friend in bed with my boyfriend. I've been in the ER more times then I can count this month alone and all my friends told me if I ended up there 1 more time they would end our friendships. Well I landed there again because I collapsed on the treadmill from exhaustion and a few other things. JB
