Sounds logical. If you are restricting food from your body, your body is going to crave the food it needs to stay alive.
What part of what of what your doc is saying don't you understand? You have been dealing with anorexia long enough with your doc, the nutritionist you had & your T, I know that you know all these things.....whether you are willing to accept the truth.....that's another issue. It's much better to feel your body normally as the nutritionist you worked with has told you. When you feed your body normally, the cravings go away & your body will become normal again without the crazy cravings & other struggles you go through. If you are no longer seeing your nutritionist or T, you need to get back with them since you are still struggling with this & you need to follow what they tell you.

Cdg, that makes a lot of sense. Totally normal. Now, you have to feed your cravings otherwise you're doing yourself more harm than good. But you know that.
