I always ate so fast because of my anxiety, I am young still but it could be danger for my body in the future, could not?

Also i am slim but i can eat so much compared to the most of girls.

Food is as the medium where i pay my emotional pains.

But i am worried about, i would like to eat slowly but i really dont know how. It is a thing i can not control when i am eating.

Just gotta force yourself to eat slow.

One trick I hear is to chew 20 times before swallowing, that way your forcing yourself to eat slow.

Wish you luck on your journey to eating slow, just think, If you eat slower, you will enjoy your food more

I would strongly recommend looking into a "mindful eating" practice. there are some really excellent tips on the blog "weightless" on this very site

http://blogs.psychcentral.com/weightless/

I have the same issues, I just like to eat and eat, it always makes me feel bettter.
