I drink way too much coffee!I know it's causing my anxiety to get worse, which makes my depression worse-and both depression and anxiety contribute to my wanting to stuff my face full of carbs and junk. But I feel like I will never be able to.

maybe you can find an alternative.

something just as good, but does not make your anxiety worse?
Thanks for this!

I once quit abruptly and had very bad headaches for 2 wks. So if you quit I would do it step by step so you don't get withdrawal symptoms. Do you like tea? Green tea or black tea might work. I also heard about grain coffee..never tried it myself but its caffeine free and has nuts and grains and fruit in it.. : )
Thanks for this!

Personally I would keep drinking coffee and just add a beta blocker like propranolol.
Thanks for this!

So I had to stop for the same reason my advice get some mint tea or just mints they wake you up like no other I popped a mint and went right to the shower for like two weeks, now I drink decaf every once and awhile. Don't add more meds that's silly pills are needed but they take a toll on your liver over the years. I know trust me and Ulcers yuck I have ulcers from to many pills in my life. Anyways good luck and Happy Holidays!
Thanks for this!
