hey,
i'm new and my name is Sarah. i just want to know how people open up and share with others especially the ones that they care about. i'm more comfotable telling people i don't know about my food issues than i am with my friends that i've known for years. i'm just scared... sometimes i wonder if i just disappeared if any one would notice or care that i was gone...

Hello Sarah,
First of all, welcome to PC. Second of all, to answer your question, opening up isn't always easy. For some it's easier for them, than for others. It might be hard for you to open up at first, but it will get easier with time. Just start off slowly. Share a tiny bit of what you're going through and build up until you feel comfortable to share all of what you're dealing with. I just want you to know that I'm here if you need to talk. Best of wishes hun.
