Check out this woman on YouTube. I've been watching as many videos as possible and I am not bingeing every day like I was, I am feeling less interested in food and have less urges to binge. Check it out!

Oh and a quote from her I absolutely love: Our problems are of our own making, and our happiness is directly proportional to our acceptance of that fact.

I don't necessarily believe that our problems are of our own making......but how we react to them is our own responsibility.

Unfortunately, how we learn to deal with those problems when we are young & haven't learned the appropriate skills for dealing with problems are usually inappropriate ways to deal with problems when we are grown up & have to learn more appropriate skills to use which means we have to unlearn the skills that don't work while trying to learn what works.....the mind is a complicated thing we have to deal with......but it's powerful in it's ability to learn new things as we continue to live through life & reprogram itself.

Glad you have found what works for you.

I am really glad that those videos have worked for you I have seen a few of hers, and hate to say that i cant get past the fact that she looks too thin (just my opinion, not necessarily fact).
I have watched a LOT of videos by Kati Morton, and find her really helpful too.
