So I have no urges to binge anymore but all I want to do is purge when I eat. What is up with THAT!

Is there something about the food that is making you feel sick....do you have food allergies?

I know that growing up when I would eat more than I was comfortable eating even without it being binging....I would feel sick.....I started limiting the amount I ate at a young age because I hated that sick to my stomach feeling....still do.

Have also heard that some people who have gluten intolerance can feel that way......or other food allergies....so you might want to think about other possibilities for your feeling also.

No dear it has nothing to do with feeling sick from food. Do you have an eating disorder?

anorexia.....which is triggered major by stress.......I end up feeling so sick & can't stand food or the smell of food.....& when it's long term stress, my weight goes down so dangerously low that I end up being hospitalized & needing IV nutrition......has taken years to get through situations like that & never recover before something else hits.

Are you feeling that something's out of control that really bothers you? Or feel like you didn't do something perfectly (i.e. think the right thoughts)?
