What are good rewards (non food) for some goals I have set for myself revolving around my ED?

Hmmm.....I never rewarded myself or set real goals. What have you done?

I haven't finished them yet but I find it's easier to complete a goal if you know what reward you are getting. I could PM you my goals if you'd like.

Some rewards could be going to get a mani or pedi. Or a massage.

Going on a day trip somewhere nearby.

Buying a book you've been wanting to read.

Going to a movie.

I've rewarded myself with new books, ordering a movie on demand (I don't like going to theaters), new shoes (avoiding clothing), or some small gift I've wanted but refused to buy myself.

My ultimate "reward" for when I finally am "recovered" is to buy a new camera for myself. I'm still a long way from that

Craft things or books that I have wanted
An enjoyable movie.....usually I watch on my computer because I don't go to the movies very often.

A trip to somewhere I've been longing

Something for my horse.

Just a day off from doing anything that I HAVE to do & not worry about doing or not doing anything.

In case any one wanted to know what I decided, I assigned each goal a level of difficulty and then each level of difficulty got dedicated a dollar amount. At the end of the month that amount of money will be tucked away for a shopping spree.
