My therapist and this eating disorder specialist says I have EDNOS.

but, the thing is, other then how sick I get,

I love this EDNOS but, I hate talking about it.

Without it, I would not be able to function in work, school, and life.

No one knows when I am sad or upset and I can fix my emotions.

I've been in therapy but, I refuse to talk about it because

I don't want anyone to take it away from me. Honestly though,

I feel like I eat pretty normal very often so it kinda puzzled me

why my therapist keeps saying this.

Sometimes what doesn't seem obvious to us is quite obvious to those around us & it doesn't take words to see & be observant

I can relate to the part about it helping you function. Mine did too, for years. And I am coming unglued without it (though in all fairness I've been coming unglued even with it for a number of years now). Hopefully you can work things out, regardless of what happens.

My t always reminds me she can't take ED away. At first I was completely willing to talk about ed but now there's no way in hell I'll talk about it.
