Do you check them out?

I'm confused about them. I'm not talking about pro-ana or pro-mia sites, but those which are about fashion, models, designers and favour the thin frame.

I like browsing through them 'cause they remind me that being thin can be beautiful. My mother always says I'm all skin and bones and that's 'ugly'. It really gets to me. Those sites kinda 'say' the opposite to me, like "hey, it's okay, you're still beautiful, you're not disgusting".

But my concern is, will they lead me to want to lose more weight aka make my e.d. worse?

Do you have any experience with these sites? Should I stop reading them?

Yes. They made my anorexia worse.

My Anorexia surprised everyone because I am very pro any body shape. I think everyone has beauty, etc. But I am a perfectionist, and seeing that these models and what have you worked so hard to get so thin just reminded me that I am not working hard enough and that I need to lose more weight.

I find them really triggering. I no longer browse them. They usually lead to melt downs and full on restricting.

Yes , It's very triggering and they don't leave your head. They will make your ED worse. It even distressing to people without ED's that is why thinsperation is on tons of pro-ED sites. Please stay away from it.

Just avoid them. They helped me sink further into anorexia for years and years. Stay away.
