Hi. I'm Mysterygirl.

I just wanted to stop in and say I struggled with ED-nos and self injury etc for 4 years.

I just wanted to say that today I am over a year without cutting.
And eating regularly
After gaining all the weight back from starting eating again.
I've lost the weight back but healthily and i'm not underweight.
I'm healthy and happy.
And you can be too.
So don't give up.

I told myself everyday "This is impossible" .
I was done. I was ready to just end it because I thought I was trapped.
Talk to someone.
It's hard but much more worth it then dying.
YOU CAN DO IT!
I believe in you and I love you all!
STAY FOCUSED.
Prove everyone wrong.
Hugs from:
AngstyLady
Thanks for this!

Thanks Mysterygirl. It's nice to have the encouragement and to see others can do it.
