Hi there,
So I heard on a show that this girl had a suicide idealism or something. Pretty much she thought suicide was awesome, etc.

I was wondering.. Is there such thing as ED Idealism?

My reasoning is because (forgive me for saying this I know how awful it is) when I first started to go downhill in eating before I went into counseling I use to think ED's were great, and I wanted one. Because I believed if I had one i'd be thin and perfect.

I KNO. I know.... but I sometimes still slip into that type of thinking. It's just my weakness.. One of the many But would that be called E.D. Idealism?

Could be. I think it's why we hold on to our disorder, and struggle with the idea of recovery.
Thanks for this!
