Is this unhealthy?

I love watching movies about EDs.
I've had my own struggles (never an ED but close without being underweight), but I just like watching them.

For some reason since I started my new diet I've been wanting to watch them more.

I'm not sure... for me it is triggering, but I love to watch them as well

I love sharing the secret, for the love of nancy, last night I just watched when friendship kills again. I'm watching them all for the second time. Last time I watched them was when I had just started to go down hill which is why I'm confused as to if it's bad because when I watched them before they just fueled my inspiration.. and now I'm watching them again after just recently starting to count calories again and such. But the diet i'm on is healthy so IDK.

haha confusion...

But those are a few.. I think tonight I'll watch the Kate one or another.
Thanks for this!

Thanks Mystery! ... I like watching movies about dance for kind of similar reasons. I was fascinated with the black swan for a while even though the movie wasn't even really about an ED...

I used to watch ED related movies when I was trying to lose weight. Now that I'm trying to recover, I avoid them like the plague because they'd probably trigger me really badly.

I really used to enjoy watching them. I even used to watch documentaries about eating disorders. I'm not sure why...
