Does anyone else get this?

I really need to stop bingeing and purging, but I don't know how.

This isn't me.

This is most likely due to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, change in blood pressure, or change in blood sugar. It is a common side effect of purging.
I hope you will feel better soon.

Yes, and it only gets worse. I experience headaches months after my last purge. The longer you continue the worse it will be, I hope you are getting help. Best of luck.

I have never purged....but anytime I had the stomach flu.....headaches were part of it.....but then I would get so sick I would end up bursting all the blood vessels in my eyes & get little red pin dots all over my face from bursting little blood vessels in my face.

I hate throwing up....so purging was never an option for me.....but I have horrible migraines even without doing that....continuous migraines that don't stop....but then come from a neck injury......doesn't matter where they originate....they are still migraine pain. I would never do anything to make that pain any worse......when it doesn't go away....it's like living in HELL.

I only get headaches if I'm dehydrated or from too much caffeine. Of course it's better to just not throw up, but if thats what you decide to do then drink extra water. purging gets rid of a lot of liquid so its important to drink a lot of extra water to prevent dehydration.
