I'm so miserable. I'm in recovery and it is giving me the most annoying array a physical issues.

I've all of a sudden got water retention. My socks hardly will go around my ankles! And it's made me gain this weight. I know it isn't real but uhh. Bloody noses. I got released to work out lightly but when I do my heart rate sky rockets and I have to slow down.

This is frustrating.
