diet pills don't work anymore. All I did was go on vacation for 1 week and 3 weeks later I gained weight. I need to lose massive weight. I don't know what to do. I feel like even consuming minimal foods is causing me to gain massive weight. What psychiatric medicines cause weight gain? I'm seeing a psych soon and ABSOLUTELY refuse anything with weight gain as a side effect.

Making your mind up about losing weight is the biggest part of it. What are you eating, or in most cases what's eating you. Thats my problem. I comfort eat. Lots of medications make you pile on the pounds, so be carefull.
Best wishes

I was told by my doctor to eat three small healthy meals a day. She also said to eat citrus fruit and to walk every day. Once I gain weight I knew my body was going to hold on it. I gain weight due to my medication. I needed to gain a little but not as much as I did. (Doctors start to worry about diabetes.) I hope you find a solution that works best for you and your body.
