I'm awaiting a full panel of blood results back today. And if they show nothing I'll have to wear a heart monitor. My legs and feet started swelling this weekend. And my heart rate spikes during normal activity and gets to high during exercise. A combo of things. I'm not allowed to exercise or anything until they know what's going on. Has me worried because I hope I didn't damage my heart.

I hope they find out what is wrong and that everything is ok.

I hope you're ok but I also hope that if you're not in recovery, that it motivates you to become healthy.

Will keep you in my thoughts hunny and please let us know how things go. Keep fighting for recovery, you're too young to waste you're life. I was young and I HAVE WASTED my life to ED's over the last 33 years. You CAN do it!!!

Blood work came back good. Now I'm being sent to a cardiologist because it hasn't gotten to were I can hardly breathe laying down and it wakes me up through the night. I hope they figure out what's wrong. Thanks for the well wishes.
