I'm a chronic dieter. I binge eat so I try to diet with diet pills. I think I'm gonna try one day a week of not consuming anything at all. Yesterday was 1st day.

Hello Tangerine87: I want to acknowledge your desire to break free of your chronic dieting & dieting with diet pills. I do wonder if it is possible there might be some professional help available, such as an eating disorders program, you might be able to take advantage of. Trying to heal from such things as binge eating & reliance on diet pills can be so difficult to accomplish on one's own...
Thanks for this!

I just tried a free week with vida. No results yet, but have a good plan from coach Pam.

I've been in your situation with a history of eating disorder.

The very sad reality is the method that you are trying really doesn't work and it can hurt you even more in the long run emotionally.

It's all about balance.

Wishing you well.
