ahh. have to love the body image distortions that characterize eating disorders. (dripping sarcasm!)
My word of advice (though i know from experience it's hard to put into action) is to take this as one time where you DO pay attention to what others think of you. They can see you for what you really are, whereas your own perception is askew.

i'm so sorry you feel this way, hope better feelings nudge their way in soon.
