I'm overweight now officially and my mom made me eat breakfast. I feel so horrible now.

Can you agree a breakfast with your mother that is not especially fattening? I have oats, bran, yoghurt, milk and fresh fruit, just a small bowlful.

Just because you're overweight doesn't mean you don't have the right to food. Healthy breakfasts you could have are cereal with fruit and milk, eggs and toast w/jam, oatmeal w/fruit and agave or honey, etc.
