yeah, there's ednos (eating disorder not otherwise specified)

Try not to overthink it though. Every disorder holds at least some characteristics that everyone can relate to, but that doesn't mean everyone has every disorder.

I hope you don't have one...Compulsive Over-Eating is considered in this area. There is more to it then just the food as you probably are learning.

There are others, over eating is technically an eating disorder. The words eating disorder don't necessarily mean food restriction and disgustingly skinny girls, it means exactly what is says, eating, disorder.

i dont know how much you really eat, but if you feel that you have that constant urge to eat and even when your not eating your thinking about food, I would only guess you are in a developing stage of over-eating. However, I also don't know how old you are, but I'm also guessing that as you're aging, your metabolism slows down. Especially if you are just eating whatever you want in unhealthy proportions without any consideration. So your weight gain could possibly be from lack of nutrition and the slowing down of your metabolism.

Hi skittles, I had a period in my early 20s where I started gaining weight and then another one in my 30s. I wonder if it is part of our natural metabolism as we age? I have to watch my diet a lot closer now that I am 36.
