I'm such a hypocrite - spouting about healthing eating and all that. And here I am not eating breakfast or lunch - just eating dinner and then junk food.

I suck - giving all this "advice" and I can't even to follow it - You would think I would learn after watching my ex damage her body.

I'm so stupid... Hypocrite Hypocrite Hypocrite Hypocrite Hypocrite

Direction, do you regularly skip breakfast or lunch, or just today? I skip meals too, and, well, T refers to that as "eating disorder behavior" but I do it often. But I snack though. And once in a while I don't think it's a bad thing to fast for a day.

((((((hugs))))))))

It's been awhile now - At least three months or more I don't remember - I lost my appetite do to stress at work I think - yes my therapist knows.

Because I'm structure oriented - I'm suppose to make a weekly chart to help me eat, exercise, etc.

I do like those check marks.

Don’t feel like you are alone—I have a friend who often says “Take my advice, I am not using it.” (just kidding) Hey, none of us are perfect, if we were perfect we would not need to be here. Its important that you try to support others—even if you are struggling. Of course, it is also important that you try to take care of yourself too. Maybe you could set some small goals?

poohbah: i totally understand where your coming from. many of my friends always tend to talk to me about how fat they think they are and how they want to start taking pills and do drugs to be skinny. and iam always preaching to them that they have to do it the right way by working out and all this stuff. and at the same time they have not idea that yea i do work out like crazy and eat very healthy i still purge. for me i rather hurt myself than any of my frriends. though i know its not healthy what iam doing to my body i never want my friends to know or them do it. so do not feel like a hypocrite. we just rather see our friends better than ourselves. well at least i do.

I nhave only just strted eating breakfast recently. And I haven't eaten breakfast since I was 15, and I rarely eat lunch. I eat just like you. Dinner in the evening, and I'll allow myself a little junk. My brother is a fitness instructior, and he said that although its not great to only eat once a day, if you have been doing it for a while your metabloism will slow down to compensate, as that is just your regular eating pattern. I only have peanut butter on toast in the morning and apart from that I really only have the one meal a day. If that is what fits in to your lifestyle plan and you are getting all the nutrients you need don't beat yourself up about it. try snacking on small stuff during the day, friut or something else healthy, just to keep your metabolism kicking over and so you don't "crash". Other than that if it is just stress your appitite will return once things start to improove. No-one is perfect and I doubt many people eat like they should. so don't beat yourself up.
