Bit baffled, to say the least. I mean, yeah I have body image issues, yeah I'm hate my weight (or more specifically, my BF %) and yeah I eat more than I should, and yeah I try to manage my weight and exercise etc... but isn't that just me being practical and trying to look after my health?

It's saying "Eating disorder is possible / at risk" but I can't get my head around it, although I suppose in a way, maybe I can.

This is probably really naive, but I kinda figure that I haven't tried to make myself hurl and all that, so I'm probably fine. OK, in all fairness, I did do that once, but it was years ago and I was drunk, or got drunk to do it... I dunno, I was very self-destructive back then. Having now said that though, it sounds stupid... like if I said I don't have OCD because I don't wash my hands religiously. (I have OCD, was just an example xD)

So... what now? I dunno what to think or whether to take it at all seriously, really.

Hi!
I don't know eating disorders so well, but I think that if you have a doubt you should talk to your t or doctor. Tests are useful but their result isn't 'certain'.

If you hate your body, the way you look, and you're weight, then yes. You are at risk of having an eating disorder as the results said.

Typically a full blown eating disorder is evident when someone
1. Eats less than what is required to sustain weight and becomes notably underweight.
2. Binge eats and then purges.
3. Alternating between binging, purging, and not eating.
3. A combination of these things accompanied by an obsession with working out, and other methods of weight control aside from just purging. (such as taking laxatives after meals).

There is an obsession/compulsion about it and they act on it.

I feel that if you took that test some part of you felt like there is a possibility of having or starting to have an ED based on your habits or how you have been feeling about your body.
