For allllllllllll... it was a follow-up post... LOL it was cyrptic..

I promised myself and my T that I would eat 3 meals a day. That I would find a new way of expressing my "bottled" up anger that was there from past traumas.

So I have "graduated",,, I have a "healthy" way of expressing my anger. I have been gradually adding new foods so that my body is getting used to processing them..

And my heart's desire is a puppy. (I lost my golden retriever to old age).. so I am very excited.

I am finally well enough to take care of and train a puppy.

and I'm leaning towards a choclate lab...

sooooooooooooooo I am excited...

Good reward...pets can really keep you company...they also seem to know just when you need them to come over to you...amazing what petting an animal can do...
