I am morbidly obese. I have been skipping lunch for a couple months now. I just started skipping dinner also. For breakfast I have a piece of toast with peanut butter on it. I have been losing weight. I also have been exercising. I feel bad whenever I eat. I like the way I feel when I skip meals. Would this be an eating disorder?
Thanks for this!

It's a pattern, for sure. A couple of months. We can't diagnose you, though. How are you feeling?
Thanks for this!
