http://www.bulimiahelp.org

A GREAT online self-help program for anyone struggling with bulimia and ready to say goodbye. It is changing my life and my relationship with food.

  • Awesome community (forums and blogs)
  • Common sense recovery plan including a detailed e-book with the causes, myths, and step by step plan for recovery
  • Tools such as guided eating audio to listen to while eating, food journal, relaxing 'mind power' audio, recovery stories, inspirational interviews.. and many more

Best resource I've found yet - online meetings/chatroom open 24/7 - great support!

My favorite Resource is http://www.graysheet.org

I have found in it a way to eat and to stay healthy and to stop the cravings.

Web Counselling | The Butterfly Foundation
I'm not sure if this has come up yet, sorry if I'm reposting after someone else, but if you're in Australia, The Butterfly Foundation now has online counseling if you're going through a tough patch, or if you just need to talk to someone about ED stuff that's bothering you. They're there for anyone from the actual person to family or teachers etc.
It's quite good if you just need to talk it out with a professional but can't go to a T.

There's a new Forums site that's both recovery oriented along with still suffering patients.

It's http://eatingdisordercentral.com/

I've gotten excellent support from this group of individuals.

I took a look at EDC... since it has a pro-ana section (therefore indicating that it supports and encourages pro-ana thinking), I will have nothing to do with it. Others can do as they please.
