I am diagnosed with bulimia, but I think that is wrong. I only purge after I eat regular meals or snacks. I don't consider myself as binging because I don't know if i feel out of control when i eat all day long it usually last 2-4 days. But that is not why I am writing this.
I go through long periods where I restrict. i started restricting almost five weeks ago but will eat regular on weekends. Thursday-Monday I was eating everything in site. But I have lost a ton of weight in these four weeks. Today I feel really off it hurts to walk( i am obese but this is like exhaustion pain not hurt pain if that make sense. I have a really bad headache, my joints hurt, my hands and feet keep falling asleep for no reason. Is this because of my low food intake? Or could it be something else? How do I feel Better without food. The thought of food before 5:30pm sickens me on weekdays. |

I would definitely seek the help of a professional. It's hard to say what would be causing your issues. Certain eating patterns can lead to serious health issues. I would see you primary care physician to see what's going on.

Your messed up eating cas mess with your body chemistry. Too low potassium can cause heart failure or it could be any number of other issues going on that a professional needs to take bloodwork to determine.
Nothing to mess around with when feeling that way.
