Welcome to PC....This is a great place to start...plenting of supportive people...

I'm guessing since your restricting and purging that your stomach is probably not a happy camper regarding food actually staying in...my ex usually felt extremely uncomfortable...For now small amounts more frequently might help...

Post more when you can...

Like Direction said, small amounts and more often. Also if you never resist the urge to purge, it won't get any easier and it will continue to be really hard to keep food down.

Good luck
(((((((hugs))))))

Hi soph,
what u describe is exactly how i feel. For the last few months iv felt so ill after everything i eat that iv begun to make myself sick. ive now told my parents and hav booked an appointment with the doctor, but eating very small meals more often will help, which is what im trying to do now. If u can, try and tell someone u trust before it becomes a problem, i have to make a conscious effort not 2 purge after eating, and u dont want that to become more of an issue than just feeling sick.
Hope this helps a little
