Warning............... owie alert....

I have been trying very hard to get more nutrition in my body... and my body just won't process veggies and fruits..

it is still the same 7 foods.. that seem to give me plenty of calcium and protein... but my body needs more..

I am weak... and tired.. and discouraged...and I ache all over...

I have tried.. regular vitamins.. but they make me ill... and centrum liquid.. that too.. and now a liquid organic vitamin.. and got violently ill.. and I only took a teaspoon.. which the dose is a OZ.. so glad I didn't take all that..

Soo.. here I sit.. I could cry... I can't eat anything with artifcial sweetner.. that is out..

I don't know... maybe I should just give it up... my body.. just doesn't want to get better...

I would eat.. I just get violently ill.. so that doesn't help..

Thanks for listening to my "owie"

I can't think of anything else you could try either Liquid Vitamins... didn't work

have you asked your dr for any advice? If so, do they know how your body is reacting? Perhaps if you tried it several times, your body might accept it?

have you tried gnc's vitamines, Womens ultra mega. and maybe drinking milk or taking a tums to cushion before taking the vitamins. Would taking the vitamines in a shake work? They make allot of those shakes with your vitamines in them. I wonder if that might work for you.

Many years ago when I was pregnant, my OBGyn told me that the best vitimines to take are the prenatal.....then are made the best & have the most nutrition in them without the side effects I always get from all the other vitimines. Maybe you could find a brand that work for you....to at least get the nutrition back into your body.

I know that when I got really anemic & couldn't eat, I got stuck in the hospital with IV nutrition & I can tell you, that isn't good.

The vitamins/liquid vitamins are concentrated, start lower, not even a teaspoon. Use an eyedropper and stick a few drops in a beverage you can tolerate, the milk? Do that with all your beverages? Just a few drops. You know how long it got you to get to 7 foods, you have to work your way up, even in something that seems so "easy" like vitamins.
