I was doing so well, maintaining a healthy meal plan and exercising regularly and now I can't stop eating. I am not overweight, thankfully my metabolism is fast. But I do worry about the health impacts of a large bag of Doritos, a whole box of biscuits, half a loaf of white bread and a large slab of chocolate.

I don't know how to "reset" my eating habits. I have tried to get back to the healthy eating but I just end up binge eating at like, 11pm. Even though I am not hungry. It is like I HAVE to eat. And it is also quite expensive.

Any advice on how to get back into routine?

Could it help to not have it in the cupboards ? As for white bread, maybe switch to wholesome bread with a variaty of grains.
