can I possibly try to keep trying with this overeating **** (which is just getting worse)
Possible trigger:
so if that motivation is gone, then what else is their. what else is a good reason? |

it's difficult for me because though I'm not happy with my weight, I am happy with it at the same time

I get you.....that was what anorexia was for me.
Life changed & I want to live it now as healthy as possible now that I love life. I don't want to end up old & in a nursing home but I want to be healthy & enjoy the life I finally have that has turned out to be good.

ED's are even more difficult when the REAL underlying reasons for them are not addressed in therapy & worked on to be resolved.

Are you in any kind of therapy? Maybe start with working out the reason you want to die young, depression can fuel overeating
