Thank goodness my scale went back down. I'm really hungry right now but I'm intermittent fasting for at least 2 hours more.

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I see a therapist but I'm not sure it's working, it's partly my fault, though, I have such a tought time with apathy that I struggle with following suggestions. I need a change of pace.

I'm frustrated, I'm disgusted with my body, I feel like I would be happier if I lost the weight I gained the past couple months, but I'm actually happy now with my life aside from the disgusted feeling. Idk, it's confusing sometimes.

Thank you. I have never tried lozenges nor any other remedy so I think that I'll have to do it cold turkey once again. Was there something that triggered your overeating episode? If it's ok for me to ask, of course.

Ran a lot today on autopilot, a bit less than yesterday but skipped breakfast. Got groceries and prescriptions, prepped the raw veggies we snack on or that I toss with lettuce for a salad.
Was going, going, going all morning. Ate lunch and watched a show recorded on the DVR. Tired now, but I need to pick my daughter up from school soon. Wind is blowing hard out there and skies are cloudy and gray; it is going to be no fun waiting for the walkers. I hate the cold. __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, anorexia, panic disorder, ADHD Seroquel, Cymbalta, propanolol, buspirone, Trazodone, gabapentin, lamotrigine, hydroxyzine, There's a crack in everything. I was frustrated with my living situation. It's going to change soon but not soon enough for me. I have problematic neighbors and they will be moving this month, thank God. Thanks for your concern.

Strangely no. Many days I run and either forget to eat breakfast or don't think about it until around 11 AM, then I'm like, "It's almost lunchtime, why bother?" Though I always do have a few cups of coffee in the morning. The rest of the day, I'm fine, hungry, but normal type hungry.

I try to eat good food, and not a lot of junk. I guess my thing is I don't eat much. My H has always commented on my weight when I gain as much as 5 pounds. So for the last almost 27 years I have been critical about gaining any weight, and if anything I try to loose.I have a bad habit of eating like a bird, and almost never eat breakfast.

Stay strong. I know what you mean about ED issues causes a lot of dental expense. OMG, I have had to have so many crowns from teeth breaking off. In my case, because of the lack of nutrients from the ED, I started clenching my teeth super hard at night and grinding them. Even when recovered (not engaged in ED behavior), I can't stop it; it's a permanent habit now. I finally got a dental nightguard around 9 months ago and finally can sleep most nights without removing it in my sleep. I hope it helps.

I don't want to end up living with this 27 years. I suppose I already have 21 years. Luckily, I do have a supportive H. He starts nagging me a lot if he thinks I look too frail or that I am beyond too thin. I have a small frame, so gaining or losing 5 lb. goes a long way with me - from looking healthy to malnourished. __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, anorexia, panic disorder, ADHD Seroquel, Cymbalta, propanolol, buspirone, Trazodone, gabapentin, lamotrigine, hydroxyzine, There's a crack in everything. Thanks Blueberrybook
I'm working on DBT skills. I just need to keep at it. I feel really good when I distract myself with reading or drawing, also Netflix is helpful! It's the initial anxiety and discomfort that really gets me whether it's a craving for binge food or urges to purge, the biggest part is getting through that. The problem is I always immediately act on my feelings. When I'm able to distract myself for long enough, the feelings fade so I'm trying to do that more __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Had chocolate cupcake this morning as part of a meal. I have to have something sweet once in awhile besides the darn berries. I get tired of being so limited in what I eat at times. Not going to beat myself up about it.

Glad you're not going to beat yourself up about it! Definitely nothing wrong with having a treat now and then
