Chillin is good! I do it a lot. I'm doing laundry as I write. It's so nice to have clean things to wear and the fresh laundered smell. I've never had marmite but hear lots of people love it. I've never seen it here at the grocer's. I hope your back will get better. Back pain sucks..

marmite is one of those things.. you love it or hate it I have to share this: their's a comercial going around at the moment, where a family get a letter through the door telling them that congratulations, you are all marmite lovers and then the kid comes in and screams I hate it and mother says to the father.. he's never even tried it bit of afternoon humour almost time for me to eat hotdogs |

One of my meds was increased and another one added. I'm a little concerned about gaining weight from them. I'm trying to eat healthy most of the time. Drinking more water too. Really need to get out and start taking walks since it's nice outside

I hope the dosage helps you. I'm with you on taking walks. Spring is almost here and the weather is changing. I hope I can take longer walks soon.

Dr. Pepper is so good. I had some diet dr. pepper yesterday. I like night time but don't go out much after it gets dark.

Hi I haven't posted here in a while. I hope everyone is doing well!
The past few months have been pretty intense for me. I've been going through a lot of changes and dealing with lots of stress. (Most of these changes are positive, but it's taking me time to get used to them). I've been overeating almost everyday... I usually eat well during the day, but in the evening I tend to feel more anxious and end up turning to food for comfort. I don't really "binge" anymore though. I've been struggling with body dysmorphia and intrusive thoughts (the weirdest part is that I lost a few kilos. I was convinced I had gained). I think a part of me is unconsciously trying to sabotage all the progress I've done because I feel scared and out of control... At least I'm able to identify my triggers and where they come from, I guess. I'm gonna try to keep working on that and not focus too much on my weight. I probably won't be very active on this thread in a while because I'm at a point where I get easily triggered... but I'll be back when I feel more stable. Take care everyone __________________ |

Bad at checking in lately...been running too much. Last week was Spring Break, so my daughter & H were home (H is a university professor).
Just as I'm needing a break from Spring Break, my daughter's district cancelled school today due to a chemical tank fire in a nearby town. Since they've got 7 tanks on fire now (was 2 yesterday), NAPTHA, xylene and now God knows what else burning; they've probably just got to let it burn out at this point. It started yesterday, and that town just got their shelter-in-place lifted. We never had one though we were near the border of it. Spent the day with my sister, nieces, and BIL who are farther away, but we came home last night as we had nothing to spend the night with us, and my sister doesn't really have a huge house and 2 of my nieces are in school. At least the wind is blowing the smoke and fumes away from us. Another day home with a bored pre-teen girl...sigh. At least no one was hurt, but I'm antsy as I promised H I would not go jogging. The air quality here is always iffy (it's a chemical/industrial area), but now probably worse. ED is screaming at me though __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, anorexia, panic disorder, ADHD Seroquel, Cymbalta, propanolol, buspirone, Trazodone, gabapentin, lamotrigine, hydroxyzine, There's a crack in everything.
