I should eat well this evening.

I have barely snacked all day (in fact I only had a few biscuits earlier), but I am hungry for my ddinner. I'm having pizza, so hoping for an empty plate.. and not a revert back to junkfood when I'm " bored" of the food (which I find a lot)

We're not eating well at all... Restricting. We do at least eat once a day. We make ourselves eat once. When we were in the psych hospital, they kept getting onto us because our sugar was too low. (We're diabetic.) The lockdown isn't helping at all...

I am sorry that you arn't eating well

in terms of food groups, neither am I.

in terms of my menu, out of 7 days, 5 of them the main meal is something chicken related

I feel like no matter what or how hard I try, I always end up in the same place...

I had a pannic attack today over food.

concerning lunch (which I don't, and will never eat).
someone offered me a toastie, and though I apreciate the thought it did trigger me. I can't eat at that time of day. just can't do it.

I am going through a bad patch of snacking

last week I ordered from amazon a box of 30 packets of mexican heatwave potato chips, and, as bad as this sounds, that is all I've been eating for ages (just that flavour potato chip)

I had a couple meals this week, but then my stomach growls because it knows what it wants and I'm back to the drawingboard

yesterday I had a takeout mcdonalds. but it was planned, and I'm not starting a run of them.. tonight I'm having burgers, tomorrow roast chicken and I am going stick to it.

not much snacking honestly either yesterday. I'm going to make it a good weekend

It was a good weekend- not so much a good week so far.

Eating my meals fine (so not overdoing it), but lots of snacking involved. Yesterday especially I had quite a bit.

Still not eating well... Yesterday we had breakfast and a small dinner around 6pm. We haven't slept. We are hungry but we haven't eaten and it's 4:30am now. We'll get breakfast on our way to IOP around 9am. Hopefully we can make ourselves eat it... We've had that happen... Bought it and then couldn't eat it... Just drank the coffee, which was sweetened and had cream, admittedly. There is that. We admitted to our T about the eating kinda offhandedly... Like in a "we don't want go there right now" kind of way. She seemed to get it... She made note verbally and didn't push. We just wish that we could not eat at all... But being diabetic, we have to eat something. Our body will completely shut down if it doesn't get at least some food. Cream and sugar in coffee isn't enough. And that the only other real source of calories we have. We're trying. It's just so hard... We know we need to eat but it's hard... How do y'all do it?

I'm hungry from working & moving around here. I just tell myself I need to drink water. I need to chop my big bag of brocolli. Raw vegetables make me feel great. They're the best.

food intake over the weekend wasn't too bad. not much junk, mainly proper meals

I did have mcdonalds friday evening, but the rest was okay.

roast lamb yesterday, and... I don't remember what I had saturday (can't have been that good), but I know I've not overdone it.

also going through a phase of liking toast. with lots of marmite. yum

I feel really awful, because all I seem to want to eat is junk food. It's disgusting. What the hell is wrong with me? I don't even keep it in my condo, I get it from gas stations and convenience stores and such. Single servings, but still.

because of my extreme fibro pain, I didn't eat much at all yesterday (proper food or junkfood). I tried, but I just couldn't.

and I'm not really that hungry today. slightly worrying because that's 24 hours witgh very little to eat

going to try eat something today even if it's only little
