mcdonalds day today.

something to smile about... or maybe not, second takeout in a week

but I enjoy it so..

mcdonalds was nice, filling too- so ate nothing else friday

ate quite a bit of candy yesterday and a main meal of turkey dinosaurs (so healthy, not!)

today I'm eating roast duck for my main meal- no snacks though

while I ate my duck I watched the grinch who stole christmas

gave myself one of my famous stomach aches yesterday.

I did a little stress eating last night. I had an Atkins bar. It wasn't really that bad. It's much better than filling up on chips and salsa. And then I didn't eat again until almost 10 hours later. It's always around midnight that I wake up and have to eat something.

I hope that my current stomach ache is gone by thursday, because it's my big christmas eve buffet thursday evening

to be fair it's not so bad today (maybe because I spent the morning coughing and probably dislodged something), but yeah

I'm having mcdonalds tonight too.

I woke up hungry last night. I was not stressed. I had plenty of sleep. I fixed myself a small cup of instant mac'n cheese. It hit the spot. I feel pretty good about that. I'm ordering fresh apples for tonight.

I didn't eat my apples. I ate macaroni salad. I feel guilty now. I wanted macaroni salad as part of the holiday celebration, and I didn't eat that much. But I am full now and feeling bad. I'll eat a light breakfast. I've been depriving myself for so long now that I'm splurging on comfort food.

I ate my mcdonalds at a slower pace yesterday to be sure I didn't eat too fast.

it filled me up so no more food last night

tonight I'm having sausages

I will be having a hard boiled egg. they are easy to prepare and only take 10 minutes to cook. also, I won't try to over-plan my meals and will be sure not to skip meals in between. I really dislike when others do that and get moody and unpleasant. also, I will remember to take my supplements before bedtime and I will try to be better about sharing my chocolates. I won't make assumptions that others are above sharing.

I was stress eating this morning cause I couldn't sleep. I ate almost a whole cheesecake. And I had a ton of macaroni salad. I'm not used to overeating this much. I think the holidays are getting to me.
