I am still eating candy, but not as much as I have been. My unmet needs episode is waning.

I binged and purged 6 times 8 times in 3 days and I feel awfully emotionally and physically. This is so dangerous to do but I still do it... Right now, I’m eating semi normally. I still overeat but I’m not purging ‘cause I’m not alone in the house like I’d like to be. My mom won’t let me leave the house unless I have a good reason. Anyway... that’s my update.

I don't think the weekend was too bad really. I'm eating more chocolate, but not accessive I don't think
the week's started on a low for food: both yesterday and tonight I didn't enjoy my dinner (not because I overate, just because I didn't enjoy it) |

I’m becoming increasingly depressed. I don’t think recovery is making me depressed, even though I hate recovery ‘cause I hate keeping food down. Maybe ‘cause I’m having thoughts of I don’t wanna live anymore,again (‘cause I really don’t). Who knows really? I just want the pain to end

I had a really nice dinner yesterday (just a plate of breaded chicken) not that healthy, but it was nice
and I've been eating a lot of roast chicken flavoured potato chips one of these situations.. I don't need to, I feel quite full, but you know how it is. |

I did not go too crazy during halloween
actually, I have a lot of lolliepops left. none of the lemon candies (their all gone), but a lot of lolliepops ate all my dinner as well, burgers and fries.. |

today is the day where I need to prepare my menu for next week, and I'm going to try and make it more positive. this week I've had sausages twice, and some form of chicken for the the remainder of the days so I'm not really getting much variety in my diet
it's really hard though. a lot of food groups I either don't like, (such as fish or salad), and a lot of foods my body just rejects without me doing much (such as veg) always been a bit of an issue really... the whole balanced diet thing |

well I've done my menu and it's not really that healthy, I guess
I thought about what I would actually eat, and not about what's healthy- so sausages, chicken, pizza 1 night.. nothing too healthy next week. chicken was good last night though, I had chicken wings with salt on them- afterwards I had some halloween candy today I am also having chicken, but I did have my healthy fruit salad for breakfast which is a start. |

I'm starting to go to a weekly eating disorder group beginning next week at the clinic I go to. My therapist recommended it to me since I've been struggling with my ED again. So I'm hoping that's helpful.

yesterday I had, .... chicken again this time nuggets from mcdonalds
it was nice, but not sure I should be too happy about eating chicken 3 nights in a row tonight i'm having scampi though- which is fish, (which I usually hate), but I can eat this.. it's fine |

I have struggled this week with undereating
most nights I have not enjoyed my food, what so ever (not because I ate snacks, I've barely eaten anything) just because... I dunno, just not been enjoying it I guess. I did eat all my food yesterday though. turkey dinos (again) hmm need to fill myself up though seriously. not eaten much food at all |
