I posted in here earlier. My dad died 3/24 and I’ve been barely eating ever since but I’ve been drinking a lot more like every other day during the week and all weekend. I lost a lot of weight quickly. I feel kind of sick and dizzy most of the time but I still work out even more than before sometimes like two workouts in a day. Now when I eat I sometimes get really nauseated and feel like I’m going to throw up. I don’t know if I should eat more because i Will still feel a little hungry sometimes but I just feel so sick. I know I don’t eat enough every day. I don’t like this but now feel stuck. Any advice.

Have you heard of re-feeding syndrome? Might be something to look up, it's a thing that happens when you start eating after barely eating/getting enough nutrition for a long time, the best person to ask would be your doctor though if you have one, they may have some idea what's going on. I'm sorry about your loss
