please help me someone!!!! my little sister is 8 years old and she doesn't eat anything if she does its the smallest portions and she says she doesn't want to get fat!!
all she has ever got from my family is love so i dont understand where this has come from! all the docs say is to give it time but she is so thin, has no colour in her face and is moody shes not doin to good a school
me and my mum dont know what to do!!! PLEASE HELP!!

tootifrooti3, have you and your mom considered a counselor or therapist? It is good that your sister has you to help her through this. Maybe you could get a book on anorexia and read about other ways to help your sister. I don't know much about people so young struggling with the disorder...although I know it sure does happen. Maybe some other people will have some more suggestions for you.

thank you for your msg my little sis
iv suggested but to go thu the doctor its a two year waiting list and i dread to think about how thin shell be then!! she weighs the same as my four year old!!
we dont have the money to do it privetely!!
my mums so upset because its been goin on for over four years now and she cant make her eat!! and every time shes mentioned it to my sister she wont listen and if she does she just cries and tells my mum that know one can tell her what to do!!

It's obvious that your sister is in terrible trouble. Look around your local community resources maybe you can find a counseling service that is FREE. Your sister may be in need of hospitalization. They may have to give her a feeding tube. God Bless! Ocean
