Hi. I feel weird for writing this but I don't know what to do. I think I might be addicted to purging.
I'm not bulimic. I don't count calories or panic about my weight. I simply "enjoy" purging.
I know it's weird and unhealthy but I don't know how to stop and I don't know it if I want to stop.
I have no idea what to do.

Dear ghostspaces,

I'm so very, very sorry you are in this confusing situation. I wish I knew what to say that would help but sadly I lack knowledge and experience in this area. Hopefully other members here with more insight will see your post and respond to it with something helpful. My heart goes out to you!

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

Have you talked to a therapist or doctor about this? I think it's important that you do so
