My mom brought some ice cream from Dairy Queen home for me today. I hated it (mostly because I looked up how many calories and how much sugar is in a small blizzard), but I finished it. I talk to T tomorrow so hopefully we can discuss the potential of me having an eating disorder without my disorganized thoughts ruining the conversation. I should take a thorazine beforehand maybe that'll keep me on track. She'll probably black ADHD as usual.

I ate so my metabolism wouldn’t slow down. I’m a bit low but I really can’t do anymore. I threw out my zofran since it made me hungry. I also threw out my vertigo med because I was just using it for sleep. Those also made me hungry. So now I’m dealing with the same nausea and loss of appetite I have before I take zofran. But I don’t want to gain weight or be hungry.

Haven't really eaten today and everything looks disgusting so I'm about to grab an Ensure. I wish we had the dark chocolate or the butter pecan ones, but milk chocolate will do.

I'm trying to eat balanced without falling back into either restricting or bingeing which is hard. But I think I did a good job today

I've never tried any of those flavors but I usually get the vanilla ones and they're really good, and a great way to get calories when not eating

Ugh. What happened was, I ran into my apartment manager and he unofficially warned me that i might have to move. So i think i just figured where i could move to, so i feel a lot better now.

I think I ate my mcdonalds too quickly

I wish I knew why mcdonalds is the only meal I can eat without getting stomach ache?

IKWYM. I had kraft american cheese on white bread, which used to be my go-to, only this week i added chunks of iceberg lettuce, and i swear i want to be buried in these sammiches! Soooo good. But i wonder if it was the salt that was so appetizing. And the plain crispy crunchy lettuce was so refreshing. Covid has kinda changed my eating. Not having easy access to grocery shopping.

For those of you in therapy, how did you tell your therapist you think you have/are developing an eating disorder? We started talking about it this past week (how everyone's commenting on how thin I'm getting but I don't see it, I'm having difficulty eating but didn't tell her why, but that's about it) but before getting really into it time was up. I talk to her again Monday and I don't know if it's better to straight up tell her I think I could probably be legitimately diagnosed with an eating disorder or just give her the basics and see what conclusions she comes to.
But I had the taco salad from wendy's today (threw the chili part out because I'm avoiding red meats) and it was good. Not worth $6 though.

I never binge. I’ll sometimes over eat at night but I never binge nonstop like I did today. Today was really bad. It was just like this OCD thing of wanting to finish food that I started awhile ago and also spreading my meds out throughout the entire day to help with my anxiety. so I did feel legit hungry all day. Plus it is my last day of my PMDD and my weekly shot played a roll in it.

I plan on being back on track tomorrow with both food and meds.

another stomach ache.
pizza didn't agree with me

garlic bread didn't agree with me

fruit today didn't agree with me.

honestly, it's getting quite old and the food that does agree with me is limited

I've been trying to avoid added sugar and red meat, but I had half a powdered doughnut this morning and I'm obsessing over how stupid that seemed but like it's just half a doughnut 5 hours ago why am I still freaking out about it? Not being able to run or even walk normally (foot/leg injury) is driving me nuts too.
