Ive been craving crunchy and chocolate, so i ordered a bag of walnuts and walden farms chocolate dip (zero calorie). Should be arriving today. Woman does not live by potatoes alone!

I ate another big bag of chips today

to be fair, for dinner I have spare ribbs, so they arn't going to fill me up.. barely touch the surface

so just trying to stay full.

I ate normal today. I ate dinner really early though. I dont think I did anything that would be considered disordered although I am in bed pretty early partially to avoid my hunger. So idk.

I plan on getting oranges and bananas and baby carrots and almond butter the next time I go to the store. I went through a 3 pound bag of oranges in about a week. I like the little packets of vanilla almond butter.

I've been eating tubes of Smarties chocolates but not counting them out or eating the whole tube either. I've just been eating a few at a time and closing them back up.

My sisters family got me a bag of gingerbread Kit Kats and a bag of hot cocoa Hershey Kisses. I just put them on my shelf. I gave away the last of my Christmas candy earlier this week since I had enough.

I got off my 3 meds that made me hungry. Now my hunger is low again. I skipped dinner these last 2 nights. Last night I ate a bowl from Chipotles around 2PM and I was tired and not very hungry after. Tonight I'm not feeling good but I did eat 2 pouches of tuna around 3. So I did get a lot of protein at one time. I also had fruit and nut butters and a yogurt today. So I ate just not a ton.

Right now I’m focusing less on my ED — not that it isn’t still there, it’s just that a lot of stuff is going on for me right now. Maybe that’s a good thing though, since it doesn’t have as much power over me these days.

Now its back to the whole is it an ED or just not hungry/not feeling good/regular dieting debate. The therapist before I moved would say its an ED issue. But I'm trying today I just feel like crap. I have not had meat well unless you count fish. Depends on the kind of person you are. Since Wednesday. But I've been meeting my protein goals through tuna pouches, peanut, and almond butter, and protein shakes. So I'm not restricting. I'm basically just not hungry. I have an empty candy bar tube and an Atkins shake by me which makes me think its just normal dieting.

I just have been getting so many mixed messages for a few years now and I still cant get a clear answer from anyone.

I do know I am not in the mood for 2 pouches of tuna for physical reasons but I want the protein for mental health reasons. Which I guess may be considered a bit of disorderer behavior. But I can't think of anything else with that much protein.

Hugs, dewd. When i was in the hospital for my mini-stroke like 10 years ago, all i wanted to do was come home and fix myself a tuna fish sandwich! And the food there was delicious, varied, and just fine. But my habit was the TFS. And i didnt appreciate how much i loved it until it was taken away.

But i was like 60 years old by then! I was going to ask you, what are your favorite foods? Maybe you dont have any yet? Aside from chocolate of course, goes without saying. I was for chocolate anything, still am.

The past few days ive had a UTI and havent been feeling much like eating, so a tuna fish sandwich has been my go to. It always makes me feel better. And i hear you on the protein thing, because usually my diet is starch and fruit and veg. I feel like im gonna start tfs for brunch, then a big veg bowl for dinner. I did a stint on kraft deluxe cheese on buns for a while there, but i think im done with those for a while. But cheese sandwiches like that is another favorite.

I think its like clothes. People say dont buy anything you dont feel gorgeous in! Well, dont eat anything that doesnt REALLY satisfy you. This is my wish for you.

Era - and i lost like 12 lbs this year, and same last year.

I like Goldfish crackers. Mexican lemon salt Fritos. Canned potatos. The European chocolate. Noodles from Campbells chicken noodle soup. Oh yeah and peanut butter by itself.

I made it 18 days without purging. I did overeat one day but I didn't purge. (thought about, but no way I was ruining my streak).

I got my shot yesterday so I got chipotles for lunch and I also had a couple cans of chocolate Yoo Hoo and a candy bar. Today I am struggling with eating again but I have been eating. I didn't eat until 11 though and that was just a pop tart. I told my therapist I hadn't eaten anything and she asked why and I said I slept in late and I had to go to the grocery store before my session. She didn't seem worried. I just havent been feeling well lately physically so I havent been very hungry. Normally I do wake up very hungry so I'm not sure whats going on. I thought it was constipation but I took care of that and and the pain and nausea is still there.

My issue has always been overeating, not restricting or purging, so for a long time I couldn't admit that I had an eating disorder. But when I finally did and joined Overeaters Anonymous it helped me a lot. They also have people in that fellowship who restrict and purge (not just those who overeat).

It was a little tough coming to India though, because diets here tend to be high carb and low protein. And I don't really feel satisfied eating that way, and it's also not good for me when I'm prediabetic. But I explained it to my family, and they did get eggs for me to have with breakfast, and I am eating meat with my other meals.

Day 22 complete. Yesterday I ate low through the day and a big meal at supper. I was too full to binge after that. I have a sedentary lifestyle, so I don't need as much as another person, but I'm finding 2 meals a day is enough for me. I do need either that full feeling at nighttime to not want to binge. Veggies don't always give me that. Good luck and focus to you all.

Today I've been hungry but I've been managing with high protein foods and a pitcher of unsweetened cold brew iced tea. Plus mindfullness and motivation/thinking of the big picture and using distraction and all that other stuff they teach you in Noom. My mom is making banana bread and it smells so good. I have my meals logged I think through Tuesday. But today I had stuff planned out but I strayed away from a lot of it. Overall I didn't restrict today but I did eat dinner too early. So I hope that doesnt cause issues at 1:30AM. I'm really into drinking Sunkist zero sugar. I like it way more then I expected to the only issue is that it is the only orange soda to have caffeine. So I have to watch it.

I did log in my favorite candy bar for tommorow. I think and my therapist does too that I just like them for psychlogical reasons. But I'll have room tommorow for it.
