I need to : how to curb my appetite

No full blown binges in the past month and only one purge

I've put on some weight recently because of my gallbladder issues and the meds I'm on for it. I voiced my concerns to my therapist and she said "you just need to get used to your new body."

Huh? I mean I'm not in denial that I've gained weight. I finally ordered a few pairs of bigger size jeans, but I don't agree with her that this weight gain is permenant. I need to get my physical stuff under control and then focus on my weight.

But her healthy at any size talk really bugs me sometimes.

We got pizza last night and I ate 2.5 slices. But it was just a bad idea and I'm not supposed to do that with my physical issues. I rarely eat pizza let alone greasy Little Cesars. So I've been restricting today but just because I've been trying to take it easy because I'm going on a trip tommorow and I don't want to feel like this.

B/p'd yesterday AM and then restricted the rest of the day. Feeling too frenzied to eat today

I did fine today but I just now chugged 2 bottles of zero sugar Mountain Dew. I hope my heart doesn't stop in my sleep.

I made the effort this week to try a new food, and the new food I tried was pork chops

I didn't like them, but proud of myself for giving it a go and trying to expand my food choices

I'm a fool to myself, because I hate banana and think it's disgusting- but I didn't have a very nice meal last night, and that's all I got..

I forgot I couldn't do pizza and I had it again last night and I had at least 10 episodes of explosive diarrhea. I lost a pound though. Today I've felt queasy from last night so I've been taking it easy. I can't do pizza or Taco Bell since that caused issues the other night. Idk. Its gotta be like Chrons or something.

I had a stomach upset last week, so didn't eat a whole lot

cleared up I'd say late on friday, (last friday, not yesterday), and the following week has pretty much been meals I've not enjoyed but ate them because I was so hungry

I was mainly just in the mood for ketchup chips and saltine crackers today.

I just checked my list of when I've been purging and I haven't been really bad since April. There was one day in August when I purged twice and the most recent time was the 5th. I still have body dysmorphic thoughts and struggle with urges to b/p, but for the most part I've replaced it with drugs/alcohol which I'm getting under control right now in a healthy way.

I ended up just grazing on some junk food for dinner. That was early this afternoon and I haven't eaten since. I have the heebie jeebies because I need to eat and I need to eat something with nutrition.
