I've not been doing well.

this is what happens: I have a cooked meal, I don't like it, I reach for the candy and make myself sick.

and it has been like that now since well.. over a week (accept for fridays where I have mcdonalds)

I know I need to do better. but the food I have (cooked stuff) just makes me want more candy.

it's not even the portion that's the issue. it's the fact it tastes like something pulled off my shoe

I went through a bag of chips in three days. I was craving them. I can't get more. They're just too tempting.

Been in treatment for 3 weeks and still can't complete my meal plan when at home. Really struggling with it.

I had sugar-free muffins today. I didn't like them. I threw the rest of them away. I'll stick to fruit and Atkins bars.

I don’t know. It’s still up in the air if I have an ED or not. I’ve never been diagnosed but it’s been heavily suggested by my last treatment team and I’ve done assessments and tests and things that suggest I probably do have one. This weekend I sure acted like it. My current therapist doesn’t think I have one. We only talked about it once. She’s 5 pounds underweight so she may not view my eating habits as unhealthy and disordered.

Basically I’ve just been super depressed since my surgery.

I am not eating well

on the plus side I've not had much junkfood this week

but the other side is... I've not really had much of anything this week. it's a bit of a sucky week in general really- monday night I almost broke my teeth as the food was impossible to bite, yesterday just not nice

My brother is gaining a ton of weight and my mom is concerned yet continues to enable him by buying him tons of junk food. It’s honestly very triggering to me.

I’ve barely eaten today but I think it’s my new meds now. Also I’ve been on Noom for awhile and it changes your relationship and mindset with food so I haven’t been craving anything unhealthy for awhile besides soda. My brothers rows of Pop Tarts and Little Debbies make me feel sick just looking at them. I’ve cut way back on soda this week. Even diet and zero sugar.

My “current” therapist asked the other day if I was restricting. That was the first time she brought it up. She didn’t seem concerned since she’s underweight and probably does the same things I do.

the only food I enjoyed all week. again.

I managed to eat 2 pieces of cauliflower crust pizza. The only pizza I eat. I also had steamed zucchini tonight. I ate healthy though. I didn’t go over either the yellow or red parts of the plate.

I had an ice cream cone for dinner. It really helped me out mentally. I got a salad from Wendy’s but I’ll eat it tomorrow along with the other piece of pizza from lunch today.

I've been doing well. If I want something extra to eat, I grab an apple or nuts and cheese. I'm also drinking bone broth and having soup when I need comfort.

i think the naan bread I had yesterday was a little too heavy on the stomach. I had 2 slices, an halfway through the first I was really struggling to eat it (feeling nauseious and stuff)

ended up with quite the stomach ache that came on quite suddenly too

only just going today.

one ofm y famous stomach aches today.

guess I ate mcdonalds a lil too fast..
