welcome...to PC... to the forum...this is a great place to get support.. and love...to vent.. to express...

we are all "in the boat"... together....

I guess... my first suggestion.. is a therapist.....or counselor...

and.. yes... you... are right... that you could "mess" up your body with an eating disorder....it takes a toll...

welcome.

Have you found a good therapist who specializes in eating disorders, abuse, or whatever you feel your core issue is? I think that really is the second step (the first admitting to yourself that you want to change).

Congrats to you for seeking help!! I'm glad you found this site, and I hope you find it helpful. I suffer from anorexia as well, and my first step in getting support was finding a good therapist, just like the others suggested. You might want to try www.edreferral.com, it can give you a list of good programs and therapists in your particular area. Good luck with everything, and keep reaching out- the more support you can get, the better!!
