I was just watching "Regis Live" and he had the New Miss America (Michigan - 2008 ) on his show and she talked about how she suffered from a ED when she was younger and how she worked with a Physiologist, a Nutritionist and "I forget the third doctor name" to recover from her ED as an out patient........ she plans on using this issue as her main topic to help other teens during her one year rein.

I am so sorry to hear she had an ED...
But ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh what a wonderful platform.. I am so so happy.... thank you Rhap.. for sharing... you made my "day"

its almost good that she went through an eating disorder, because she is looked up to by many people and sometimes it takes a figure like someone in the spotlight to shed light down on some of us who feel trapped or feel they cannot relate to anyone.
