Im in that tunnel... when you want to kill yourself because you ate something and when you feel like dying when you havent eaten for days, or the scale doesnt go down.

how do i get out of it?

other people want to share?

Hi sinking👋 Have you tried attending Overeaters Anonymous meetings? They're all about eating disorders I believe. I actually know very little about eating disorders sorry, but I know about how going to meetings can be really supportive and life changing. That's the only thing I can suggest.🙏
